Terms and Conditions

Our loyalty program, REWARDS AT WILL, is for registered travelers who are 18+ with a valid membership number. Membership fee is $50 annually, renewals may be purchased for $25 within 30 days of expiration. Members who fail to renew within 30 days of their membership expiration must start a new membership. All Rewards must be redeemed on the trip following the qualifying purchase. Free Hotel nights not to exceed $200, most taxes and fees included. Some properties impose a city tax or resort fee that must be paid in person, these fees are not covered by TRAVEL AT WILL. Should hotel costs exceed $200, you must pay the difference before your booking is confirmed. Free Airport transfers not exceed $750, tips for drivers not included. Should airport transfer costs exceed $750, you must pay the difference before your booking is confirmed. Free roundtrip Economy Class Tickets not to exceed $1,000. Should the cost of roundtrip economy class airfare exceed $1,000, you must pay the difference before your booking is confirmed. Airfare is upgradeable to Premium Economy, Business Class or First Class with payment of applicable fare difference. Points are not considered earned until associated travel has been completed. All points are valid for one year after the completion of travel.
